How to Register

 

Follow the steps below to register for the Healing Hope Portal. 

1. Your healthcare provider will send an invite to the email address on file inviting you to join the Healing Hope Portal. The email will look like the image below and list the Provider Organization's name and the person who invited you.

2. Click on the "Register Now" button in blue and you'll be directed to your Provider Organization's Healing Hope Portal website to register. 

3.  Enter your First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth. The information entered needs to match exactly what the provider has on file. 

4.  Create a username and password. Then re-type the password and click "Create Account".

5. The page will refresh, and you will receive a message from your provider organization. 

6. That is it! You are now registered!
