Healing Hope Portal Overview

Below is a general overview of the Healing Hope Portal to assist you with navigation. 

Logging In

Before accessing the Healing Hope Portal, you will need to login using the User ID and Password created during the registration process. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link and a temporary one will be sent to the email address on file. 

Dashboard

After logging in, your portal "Dashboard" will be displayed. To navigate to other areas, you can use the icons displayed on the left. In the middle you can quickly access any new messages from your provider or documents that need your attention. 

Documents

Clicking on the "Documents" icon on the left will display documents your provider has sent for you to sign or to view. From this section you can view, download, upload, and/or sign documents. 

Messages

Clicking on the "Messages" icon the left will allow you to create, view, and send messages to your provider. The Healing Hope Portal will also send you notifications if you have any documents that need your attention. 

Pay

Clicking on the "Pay" icon will direct you to an external website to pay your bill. 

Profile

Clicking on the "Profile" icon will display your emergency contacts, general demographic information, and your contact information like your address, phone number, and email address. If any of the information needs to be updated, please reach out to your provider. 

Account Settings

Clicking your name in the upper right and then selecting "Account Settings" will allow you to change your password or email and create your signature for signing documents.
