Viewing, Completing, and Signing Documents

The Healing Hope Portal allows you to view, download, upload, and sign documents electronically from your provider. Below are instructions for each scenario. 

Navigating to the Documents

1. Once logged into the portal, click the "Documents" icon the left side. 

2. Here you will see a list of documents that need your attention. 

Viewing Documents

1. A document status of "New" means the provider has requested that you view the document, but no signature is required. Click on the magnifying glass to view the document. 

2. A popup will appear with and image of your document. You can view, download, and print from there. 

3. Click the "Cancel" button in the bottom right or the "X" in the top right when finished. The status of the document will now say "Completed". 

Signing Documents

1. If a document requires a signature the status will be "New - Signature Required". To affix your signature, click on the magnifying glass. 

2. A pop up will appear so you can view the document. When ready, click on the "Sign Document" button in the bottom right to sign the document. 

3. If you do not yet have a signature on file, a dropdown will appear from the top of your screen asking you to add a signature. Click "Ok". 

4. Click on "Change Signature". 

5. Use your mouse or finger to capture your signature, enter your password, and then click "Update Signature". A dropdown will then appear telling you the signature was successfully captured. 

6. Click on the magnifying glass of the document that needs your signature and click "Sign Document" in the bottom right. A dropdown will ask if you are ready to sign. Click "OK". 

7. Your document is now signed. To view the signature, click on the magnifying glass. 

Completing Documents

1. If a document requires you to complete it and sign it click on the magnifying glass. 

2. A popup will appear. Click on the download button in the upper right. The file will download to your device.  

3. Fill out the document on your device and when finished, click the upload button, select the file from your device, and click "Upload".
