1. From the Dashboard, select the Messages icon on the left or select "See All" under New Messages.

2. You'll be directed to the "Messages" section. To compose a new message, select "New Message".

3. Select the "Recipient" from the drop down, enter the "Subject", compose your "Message". When finished, click "Send".

4. When a new message is received, you'll receive an email notification. Log into the portal and you'll see the "New Messages" on your "Dashboard". Click on the message to view.

5. You'll be directed to the "Messages" section where you can see all your messages. Select the message to view.

6. The message will populate, and you can view the conversation between you and your provider. Enter your reply in the box and select "Reply" to send your message.
