Messaging with Clients

 

1. From CP Central, select the message icon in the upper right corner.

 

 

 

2. Select "New Message".

 

 

 

3. The "New Message" window will appear. Select a client from the drop down, enter a subject, and a message. Only the client's that have registered with the Healing Hope Portal will appear in the drop-down menu. Select "Send" when finished.

 

 

 

4. To view a message, select the message in the message list.

 

 

 

5. The message thread will appear on the right side.

 

 

 

6. To reply, enter the message in the text box and select "Reply".

 

 

 

7. To "Archive" a message, select the trashcan.

 

 

 

8. The messages will be moved to the "Archive" section.

 

 

 

9. The "Threads" section will contain the current messages.
