If you are receiving alerts on your CP Central for "Client has sessions that are billing ready but have not billed in X or more days.", we recommend checking the following:
- Ensure the client is marked as "Billing Ready".
- Ensure the staff is marked as "Billing Ready".
- Ensure the start and end dates of the client's insurance cover the session date of service you are attempting to submit.
- Check the reviewed date of the progress note. Sessions are submitted M-F at 2:30 CST/ 3:30 EST. If a session is reviewed after the cutoff, it will remain in the "billing ready" status until the next claim submission.
