Below are a few reasons a client profile may not appear under the Client menu and how to correct.
Issue: Not assigned to the client.
Resolution: This is the most common reason. Reach out to a System Controller or an Agency Admin to assign you to the client.
Issue: Client profile is not active.
Resolution: By default, the Client menu will display only the active profiles. To view other statuses, select the Client Status drop down at the top and select another status. The most common status would be D/C'd.
Issue: Client profile has not been added to CP.
Resolution: If the client is fairly new their profile might not have been added to CP yet. Reach out to your supervisor to confirm.
