1. Once staff have forwarded the Treatment Plan to review, it can be accessed under CP Central. Under Items in Progress, select the T icon than view the Ready for your Review section. Select the Treatment Plan that needs review.

2. Review the Treatment Plan.

3. The bottom left will contain the review options. If the Treatment Plan looks good, select Apply Stored Signature. If it needs to be corrected, select Add New Message.
Note- The client will affix their signature first. Once signed by the client, the treatment plan can no longer be edited. However, staff can forward the Treatment Plan to their reviewer before asking the client to sign.

4. A popup will appear to type the message. Enter the message text then select Add Message

5. After the message has been added, select Send back to _____ .

6. Select Finish and then Ok on the pop up. The Treatment Plan can now be located on CP Central of the Treatment Plan writer as needing to be corrected.
