1. Select Client Details icon (magnifying glass).
2. Select the Client Session icon (two people).

3. Select the Payment icon (money sign).

4. Select the double sided blue arrow under the Payment section

5. Scroll to the right to find the columns "Insurance# and Insured #. If the number in one of these columns is different than the number in the insurance profile, copy the number.

6. Select the Insurance icon (insurance card) on the left.

7. Select the pencil icon to edit the insurance for the time period the session falls in.

8. Paste the number copied from the payment section under "ERA ID #".

9. Select Save.

10. Now that the alternative insurance number is in the client profile, the payments need to be edited in order to balance out. Any future payments should balance correctly.
11. Select the Client Session icon (two people).

12. Select the Payment icon (money sign).

13. Select the Edit icon (pencil).

14. Select Save.

15. The balance should now display as zero.
