1. Log into the portal and select "Profile" on the left.

2. Scroll down to "My Contact Info". Select the pencil icon on the right to add/change your contact information, Opt-Out of appointment reminders, or change the type of reminders you receive.

3. Select the text box to add or edit your contact information. Select the dropdown arrow to Opt-Out or change the type of reminder you receive.
Need to opt back in? Text START to the same number you received the initial reminder from.

4. Select "Update" when you are finished.
