Q: I am selecting the review or sign button on the progress note and nothing is happening.
A: Clearing your cache should help. Q: I am receiving a pop up when entering a session that is preventing me from writing notes.
A: The pop up below is just a warning. Select "ok" to bypass. It will not prevent you from writing your notes.
Q: Where did the goals and interventions go?
A: The goals and interventions are now located under the Treatment Plan & Goals tab in the client profile. Here is an article about how to add goals and interventions: Effective 9/20/24: How to Add Goals and Interventions – Checkpoint EHR (zendesk.com)
Q: I cannot select a goal when writing a progress note.
A: Goal are now automatically selected when an intervention is selected. Select the intervention you used under the appropriate goal and the goal will automatically select.
Q: Why is there an N/A listed as an intervention.
A: Prior to the update goals and interventions were independent of each other. How every goal needs to have an intervention. If you did not list interventions in Checkpoint previously, we inserted an N/A entry as an intervention.
