Reviewing and Completing Assessments and Treatment Plans from CP Central

1. Select the A icon to review the Assessments and the T icon to view the Treatment Plans.

 

 

2. Select the category you wish to view.

 

 

3. Select the Edit icon (pencil) to edit/view the assessment or treatment plan in the Client Profile.
