Items In Progress

The "Items In Progress" queue allows you to complete and review Progress Notes right from CP Central. You can also access Assessments and Treatment Plans that are incomplete or ready for your review.

Select the P icon to view the Progress Notes, select the A icon for Assessments and the T icon for Treatment Plans. Descriptions of each category within the selection is listed below.

Upcoming: Future progress notes and assessments.

Incomplete: Progress notes, assessments, or treatment plans you need to finish.

Returned: Progress notes, assessments, or treatment plans that have been returned to you to correct.

Submitted: Progress notes and assessments you have submitted to your progress note reviewer.

Ready for Review: Progress notes and assessments that have been forwarded to you for your review.

Waiting on Client: Treatment Plans that have been sent to the client to sign.

Waiting on You: Treatment Plans that have been signed by the client and waiting for your signature.

Waiting on Review: Treatment Plans that have been forwarded to you to review.
