This guide will walk you through the Premium Features Dashboard, allowing you to manage staff subscriptions, view trial statuses, and handle bulk updates for AI-Assisted Progress Notes.
Getting Started
The Premium Features Dashboard provides a centralized view of your organization's AI usage and subscription status. From here, administrators can enable or disable features for specific staff members.
1. Access the Dashboard From the top navigation menu in CP Central, hover over the settings/account menu (represented by the gear or dollar sign icons) and select Manage Premium Features.

2. View Subscription Status You will be navigated to the AI Notes Subscription Management screen. Here you can view a comprehensive list of all staff members.
Key information available in this view includes:

Staff Name and Current Status (e.g., Subscribed, Trial, etc.).

Billing Type (e.g., Partial Month).

Trial Information: View Trial Start, Trial Ends, and Trial Days Remaining to track when a user's free access will expire.
3. Manage Individual Subscriptions To update the status for a single staff member, locate their name in the list. On the far right of their row, you can select the specific action required, such as Enable Subscription or Disable Subscription.
4. Perform Bulk Actions To update subscription statuses for multiple staff members at once:
Select the checkboxes next to the Staff Name for the users you wish to update.
Click the Select Bulk Action dropdown menu located at the top of the list.
Choose the appropriate action to apply changes to all selected users.
