This guide explains how to view and print assessment summaries for specific clients within CP Central.
1. Log in to CheckpointEHR and click on Clients in the top navigation bar.

2. Locate the client you wish to view from the client list and click on the Client Details icon (single person).

3. Once the client profile is open, click on the Assessments & DXs tab located in the client menu.

4. Locate the specific assessment in the list (e.g., PHQ-9 or GAD-7) and click the magnifying glass icon to view the details.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the assessment details page. Click Print All or Print Summary to generate a hard copy or PDF of the assessment.
