1. Log into www.checkpointehr.com.
2. Go to the gray menu bar at the top and select Billing-> Billing-> ERA Batch Files.

3. Once on the ERA Batch Files page, you have filtering options at the top and ERA details at the bottom.

4. To view additional ERA details, select the double-sided blue arrow to expand.

5. To view the details of a specific remittance, select the magnifying glass.

6. The ERA File Details page will display a breakdown of clients, sessions, paid and denied claims.

7. To view the denial reasons, click on the double-sided blue arrow.

8. The ERA Records will expand and display the denial reasons in yellow.
