1. Select "Your Payments".

2. Select "Accounts"

3. Select your "Account Name".

4. Select "Mailbox Settings".

Select "Mailbox Settings".
 
 

5. Select Create Mailbox, after a few seconds your mailbox ID will display.

 

6. Select Close button.

 

7. Select "Delivery Settings".

Select "Delivery Settings".
 
 

8. For each "Payer" listed ensure that the "835 Recipient" is Availity-RealMed and the "PDF Recipient" is you bank. Select "Save" when finished.
