1. From CP Central, select the Clients menu.

2. Select the Add icon (plus sign).

3. Complete the applicable fields.
Red arrows indicate the field is required to save the profile. Yellow arrows indicate the information is needed in order to make the client "Billing Ready".

4. When finished, select "Add & Next Step".

5. Next, enter the Client Insurance information including the Start Date, Insurance, Payer (if applicable), and ID #.

6. Select "Save" when finished.

7. Next, enter the Client Service. This includes the Start Date, Service, Staff, and Staff Clinical Role. Select "Add" when finished.

8. Next, a popup will appear. Enter the Start Date, Type, and ICD-10 Code. Then select "Save". If you do not have a diagnosis. Select the X in upper right to close.

9. Next, step is to make the client "Billing Ready".
Billing Ready allows claims to go out the door to the payer.

10. Finish completing any yellow arrows needed to make the client Billing Ready.

11. Scroll to the bottom and check the "Billing Ready" box. Then select "Save
