This guide explains how to locate a specific client session and download the associated progress note as a file.
1. From the main dashboard, click on Clients in the top navigation bar.

2. Locate the specific client in the list (e.g., James Doe). Click on the Client Session icon (represented by two people) located in the client's row.

3. In the session list, locate the specific date and service you wish to view. Click on the Lock icon for that session to open the note details.

4. A "Progress Notes Summary" section will appear. Click on the Document icon (paper sheet symbol) to download or view the file.
