For various reasons a staff profile may need to be deactivated. To deactivate the profile, follow the steps below:
- Go to menu Staff.
- Find the Staff name you want to Deactivate.
- Click
to edit that staff person's information.
- You will land on the Profile Tab. Find the field Deactivated and enter the date the staff was terminated from your organization.
- Click Save at that bottom of that page.
- This staff will no longer be able to log into Checkpoint.
