1. On the log-in screen at cp.checkpointehr.com, click on Forgot password?

2. Enter your User ID and click RESET to have a new reset password emailed to you.
3. Copy the temporary password from the email (subject: "Lost Password Reset") and click Log Into Checkpoint.

4. Type your User ID and paste the temporary password, then click LOG IN.

5. Once logged in, click on My Profile.

6. Click on the key icon. This leads to the "Change Login" screen.

7. Enter a New Password and Confirm New Password, then select Update. (You can also change your username and email here) .

8. On the "User Update Complete" screen, click on Continue.
