Having trouble logging in? Below are common scenarios and how to fix them.
Forgot Username
If you have forgotten your password, please reach out to your System Controller. They can complete the steps below to provide you with your username. If you are the only System Controller for your agency, reach out to us at support@checkpointehr.com.
- Select the Staff Menu.
- Select the
next to the staff name.
- Select the Security tab.
- The User ID is located under the Login section.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, select the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. Then enter your User ID and select RESET. A temporary password will be sent to the email in your staff profile.
Another option is for a System Controller to change your password. They can follow the steps below to change the password.
- Select the Staff Menu.
- Select the
next to the staff name.
- Enter the New Password.
- Enter the password again under Confirm New Password.
- Select Update.
Locked Out
You have 5 attempts to enter your password before the system locks your profile. When your profile is locked, you will not be able to use the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. Contact your System Controller and have them follow the steps below. If you are the only System Controller for your agency, reach out to us at support@checkpointehr.com.
- Select the Staff menu.
- Select the
to edit the profile.
- Select the "Security" tab.
- Check the "Unlock" box.
- Select the "Save" at the bottom.
