If a staff member has unsuccessfully tried to log in five times, their profile will be "locked." This means their password can not be reset using the password reset option on the login screen. It can only be unlocked by a System Controller. If you are the System Controller, you can just follow the option below to unlock the staff profile.
1. Select the Staff menu on CP Central.

2. Select the Clients Details (single person) icon next to the staff's name.

3. On the Staff Details page, select the Security tab.

4. You can view login information such as the date & time of the last attempted login, last successful login, last password change, the number of failed password attempts (5 incorrect attempts will lock their profile), and if the staff member is locked out of their profile.

5. To unlock the staff's profile, select the Edit (pencil) icon.

6. Once you select the Edit (pencil) icon, you will return to the Staff's Details page.
7. Select the Security tab once again.

8. Select the "Unlock" box.

9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Save button.

10. When logging into their accounts, it is recommended that staff select the "Forgot Password" option and create a new password since five failed attempts will result in the staff profile being locked again.
